Tis the Season to be busy;

December within the manufacturing industry is a short month, for many  of us shut down for the Christmas and New Year period.  This is the only period throughout the year that Ceramic Substrates closes and come mid November there is often a rush from Customers requiring delivery beforehand.   The Ceramic Substrates Team as usual have worked hard to meet delivery deadlines using a variety of high performance ceramic materials, manufacturing precision engineered components to customers specifications.

We are fortunate to be based on the Isle of Wight surrounded by the sea and amongst beautiful countryside and our Factory is positioned amongst a good neighbourhood.  The Team have spent the month “chomping”  their way through a variety of chocolates and cakes courtesy of our neighbours and I think come Christmas Day we may be heading for the fruit bowl?  We also had our annual Christmas Staff Dinner last weekend and this year we celebrated at the Ganders Restaurant in St.Helens.  Everyone always look so different all dressed up and not a work coat in sight.

I think we can all agree as we say goodbye to 2016, it has definitely been a year  of immense upheaval throughout with many surprises/shocks along the way , certainly a year that will go down in history.

On this note we would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas and hope the New Year will be prosperous for all.

Ceramic Substrates will be closed for the Christmas and New Year Holiday period, from Midday Friday 23 December 2016 to 7.30am 3 January 2017.  During this time no emails will be acknowledged or replied too.
